- Contract Renegotiation: Should the BPO’s contract not be delivering the results you need, we can renegotiate the terms and performance levels on your behalf, then actively monitor and achieve compliance.
- Regular Reporting: You will receive timely and detailed reports on the performance of your BPO partner, providing transparency as to the real situation.
- RFP Assistance: In cases where BPO performance falls short of expectations and is irrecoverable, we can help you run a Request for Proposal process to choose an alternative BPO vendor. We have the expertise and industry knowledge to guide you through the vendor selection journey.
